Shipping
We offer reliable local UK and international delivery throughout the Royal Mail UK post office.
For UK delivery of heavy parcels we use a certified courier.
We dispatch orders the next working day and we expect orders arriving to their destinations as fallow:
- UK – 1 to 3 working days.
- Europe – 3 to 8 Days
- Asia 5 to 8 Days
- The USA – Canada- Australia up to 15 days.
P&P and postage charges are calculated according to the weight and the dimensions of the package.
- Packages above 250 grams will be a small parcel due to bulky items.
- Any package between 250g and 2 kilos is a small parcel.
- When your parcel weight is above 3 kilos, this is a large parcel due to bulky items.
RETURNS POLICY
We aim to provide a high standard “easy,” and “no-hassle” returns and exchanges.
When something goes wrong with your order we are here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days.
***Items should be returned complete, clean, and properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
If you wish to return an order please contact us at hello@weloveharristweed.co.uk and we will email you a returns label that has full instructions about how to return your item.
We will refund you back the cost of the returned items minus the postage amount your order would have been.
Once we receive the returned item, we aim to process it within 3 working days.
