Can you customise my order?
All of our bundles are pre-cut. However, from time to time and when available we could customise orders.

How many labels I will get with my order?
You will get one small sew-in label per piece in your bundle. e.g if your bundle contains four (4) pieces you will receive four (4) small labels.
When you order are £35+ you will automatically apply for Boost Your Labels. You will receive more labels according to the value of your order.
Do you sell labels?
- We offer Orb tags labels that can be purchased in small packages of 12 and 20.
- We do not sell any kind of sew-on Orb labels.
- Sew-on labels are only provided according to the value of your order and to our boost of your labels program.
Can I change the size of the labels in my bundle?
Yes. If you want to swap your small sew-in labels for large labels, please chose that option from the drop-down menu. By default, we will send small labels.
How long take to my package to be dispatched?
- We offer next day delivery. Allowing our customers to make amends before the order is dispatched.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
We expect our orders to be delivered within 3 working days in the UK, 3 to 8 working days within Europe and Asia, and up to 20 days to other international destinations such as the USA, Australia, Canada.
