We offer reliable local UK and international delivery throughout the Royal Mail UK post office.
For UK delivery of heavy parcels, we use a certified courier.
We dispatch orders the next working day, and we expect orders to arrive at their destinations as follows:
- UK – 1 to 3 working days.
- Europe – 3 to 8 Days
- Asia 5 to 8 Days
- The USA, Canada, and Australia up to 15 days.
P&P and postage charges are calculated according to weight and the dimensions of the package.
- Packages 250+ grams will be a small parcel due to the bulky items.
- Any package between 250g and 2 kilos is a small parcel.
- When your parcel weighs over 3 kg, it is classified as a large parcel due to its bulky contents.
RETURNS POLICY
We aim to provide a high-standard, “easy,” and hassle-free returns.
When the buyer changes their mind about an order, we are here to help!
- We accept returns within 14 days on bundles and single pieces.
- We do not accept returns when the fabric is cut from the roll ( by half and by the metre).
***Items should be returned as delivered, complete, including Orb labels, clean, and properly packaged to avoid delays, extra postage fees, or damage during transit.
If you wish to return an order, please contact us.
We will refund the cost of the returned items. Please note that postage fees (delivery and return) may be deducted from your refund.
We always choose the most affordable and convenient delivery option for our customers.
Once we receive the returned item, we aim to process refunds within 3 working days.
Note: We will cover all postage costs if the error is on our part.
